Neapolitan Pizza Cooking Class with Rocky Maselli

This class will cover the basics of making pizza in the Neapolitan style. We will cover dough making and fermentation, portioning the pizza balls and secondary proofing and dough handling. Ingredients, technique for stretching and cooking pizza. The class will finish with everyone getting a chance to make and eat a true pizza.
For 10-12 guests and will be held at Marche Provisions.
