The 20×21 EUG Mural Project is an initiative of the City of Eugene Cultural Service’s Public Art Program. The mission is to create world-class outdoor murals in Eugene between now and the 2021 IAAF World Championships, the largest sporting event ever to be held in Eugene. The project is led by Isaac Marquez, Public Art Manager for the City of Eugene.
The project takes a village (60% public and 40% private funding). Forest Paint is a sponsor with graffiti coating on all murals.
